Central location near the airport.

Loved the updated rooms.

the rooms are updated and clean and complete with terrace, the kitchen.

The breakfasts is satisfactory with lots of food. The room is clean and there are magnificent views on the tropical garden with the pool area. The location is marvellous, 1 km from Recreofun. Family-friendly hotel set in the great area.

The staff was pleasant, accommodating with every request.

enjoyable stay with room for improvement

The atmosphere was lively, contributing to an enjoyable stay. I appreciated the musical environment that added character to our experience.

The room's design was attractive but could benefit from better soundproofing.

The hotel was neat with a terrific restaurant. Our room was modern and well-equipped and bathroom was clean. The beds were great, view on the tropical garden with the pool area was MAGNIFICENT. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, not too far from a grammar school.

This was a good pick for a transient visit in Quebec City and offered decent value for the price. The front desk staff were really nice and quick to address our maintenance issue. I'd recommend keeping an eye on that pool area, as it's often very busy with unsupervised kids.

The swimming pool area was amazing. We loved lounging among the lush tropical plants. The room was cozy and comfortable.

Not the best for families

The kids had a blast in the pool, but the noise was way too much! I really appreciated the staff at the restaurant, they were friendly and quick.

It wasn't cheap by any means, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The location was fantastic for exploring the city with family. I loved the pool area, perfect for letting the kids have some fun after a day of sightseeing. The restaurant provided great meals that everyone enjoyed.

The spacious rooms with outdoor access were a highlight, alongside the lush indoor garden and pool. The gym equipment was in need of maintenance, and there were issues with noise disturbances . While the overall vibe was pleasant, the hotel felt somewhat dated.

Check-in can be a bit of a hassle, especially if you booked through a third-party, which complicates things more than it should. The overall condition of the hotel feels outdated. Carpets are worn and the arcade is underwhelming with malfunctioning pool tables. The hot tub lacked sufficient heat, and the pool itself could use a good cleaning, as it often looks cloudy. Privacy is another concern with bathroom doors that don't fully close. They barely swing shut, which can lead to awkward situations.

The indoor tropical garden was amazing 🌿 It offered such a peaceful vibe. Sadly, the rooms could use better cleanliness, with some dusty spots.
